Reclaimed Teak Wood Whitewashed Tray

Teak is a dense hardwood known for its durability and attractive grain, making reclaimed teak a particularly good material for household pieces. Reusing timber gives it a second purpose while retaining the marks and variations developed during its previous life.

This tray has a long rectangular shape with a shallow recessed centre and raised edges, making it useful for gathering smaller items together. The whitewashed finish softens the natural colour of the teak while allowing the grain, knots and variations in the wood to remain visible.

Its proportions make it particularly good for styling a dining table, coffee table or kitchen island. Fill it with a collection of candles and greenery, use it to keep olive oil, salt and pepper together, or place it beside the bath with soaps, folded flannels and your favourite bathroom essentials.

For serving food, we recommend using separate dishes or a suitable food-safe covering rather than placing food directly onto the timber.

Good reclaimed condition with natural grain variations, knots, marks and irregularities in the wood. The whitewashed finish is intentionally uneven, allowing the timber beneath to show through. As a reclaimed wooden piece, slight variations in colour and surface texture are to be expected.
