ITEM SPECIFICS:
Please note many of our pieces are previously owned, reclaimed, vintage & antique items or have been made from reclaimed materials and therefore often show expected signs of age, wear and possible old worm holes. Dimensions are approximate. We restore items to bring out the age and character and treat signs of worm as part of this process. Standard gift cards have 12 month expiry date from date of purchase. Please contact us to ensure you are satisfied before purchase if you have any questions about an item, require more pictures or dimensions or want to view we will be more than happy to help.

RETURNS:
In the unfortunate case your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 24hours of receipt or placing your order. We will open a claim with the courier and will get the item either uplifted & refunded, replaced, or repaired & returned to you. Please provide pictures of any damage to the item & packaging. We ask you to keep all original packaging for any returns.
When an item has not been seen in person, you have a right to return to us within 14 days of receipt of the item, according to UK Distance Selling Regulations (the cooling-off period). Please contact us to request a return with a proof of purchase and we will be more than happy to help.
A full refund of the original purchase price of the item will be processed within 14 days once we receive the item back in the condition they were sent in.
Relish is not responsible for arrangements, insurance or charges involved with item return. Please obtain proof of postage. If an item has been damaged, we have the right to refuse an item return. Original postage or courier charges are non refundable.
Items purchased in store or with a voucher are non refundable but we are happy for you to exchange any item for the same value or higher with original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase unless faulty. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Please ensure larger items such as furniture will fit through your doorways & into the desired space prior to ordering. Once items have been packed & booked in for delivery, you will be unable to return items without you incurring a charge unless faulty. If you need to return any item or cancel delivery on the basis that the item does not fit, or you have failed to measure, if you missed the arranged delivery, provided an incorrect address or contact number resulting in failed delivery attempt, then the courier will charge you to return or cancel the delivery (approx £100). It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for any return unless agreement is made by Relish to handle this for you. Please inspect items upon delivery, acceptance of item delivery is assumed that the customer is satisfied & that no damage has occurred in transit.
Bespoke orders are non returnable. This is where we have made or ordered items especially for you. Please make sure you are happy with your order prior to purchase.
Items that have been hired for props, photoshoots or taken on loan must be returned in the same condition. Items will be charged for in full if not returned on the agreed date or returned damaged.
Sale/reduced/x-display items are sold as seen & are non-returnable.

COLLECTION & STORAGE:
If you have opted to collect from store please advise when ordering the day in which you wish to collect so we have your item in store ready for you.
We have very limited storage, and we have to pay for these facilities. Therefore we request that items are collected within 7 days of purchase, we have the right to re-sell any items to cover the cost of storage after this date.
