SMALL ITEMS:

Standard Royal Mail tracked 3-5 days - £4.95

Tracking details will be provided via email so you can track your parcel online. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the services being independent or if an incomplete address or phone number was provided or if no one is home. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 days after the order is received. 

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS:

England 2-6 weeks - FREE

Larger items that cannot be boxed such as furniture will be sent with a specialist independent courier or pallet, on a 1 man blanket wrapped to the door service. Timescale is dependant on the item and delivery location, most are made within 2-6 weeks but can be longer during busy times or if you are unavailable when the courier is in your area. If you require a more bespoke service please do get in touch.

Contact details for the courier will be provided via email where applicable once your order has been collected incase you miss their call. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the services being independent or if an incomplete address or phone number was provided, or if no one is home.

Please ensure larger items such as furniture will fit through your doorways & into the desired space prior to ordering, as once items have been booked in for collection, the courier will be unable to return items to us without you incurring a charge. If you need to return any item or cancel delivery on the basis that the item does not fit or you have failed to measure, if you missed the arranged delivery, provided an incorrect address or contact number resulting in failed delivery attempt, then the courier will charge you to return or cancel the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for any return unless agreement is made by Relish to handle this for you. Please inspect items upon delivery, acceptance of item delivery is assumed that the customer is satisfied & that no damage has occurred in transit. 

PICK UP FROM STORE:

Available at checkout & we will let you know when your order is ready to collect from our store in South Devon.

PACKAGING:

It may not look pretty but we use recycled packaging to send our products. We always ensure that all parcels are well wrapped and protected. We will happily accept all packaging back to be re-used or recycled. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS:

We accept the return of online purchases within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to request a return and we will be more than happy to help. A full refund of the original purchase price of the item will be processed within 14 days once we receive the item back in the condition they were sent in. Shipping charges are non refundable. 
Relish is not responsible for arrangements, insurance or charges involved with item return. Please obtain proof of postage. If an item has been damaged, we have the right to refuse an item return. 

In the unfortunate case your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 24hours of receipt or placing your order. We will open a claim with the courier and will get the item either uplifted & refunded, replaced, or repaired & returned to you. Please provide pictures of any damage to the item & packaging. We ask you to keep all original packaging for any returns.

IN STORE RETURNS:

Items purchased in store or with a voucher are non refundable but we are happy for you to exchange any item for the same value or higher with original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase unless faulty. This does not affect your consumer rights.

BESPOKE ORDERS & PROP HIRE:

Bespoke orders are non returnable. This is where we have made or ordered items especially for you. Please make sure you are happy with your order prior to purchase.

Items that have been hired for props, photoshoots or taken on loan must be returned in the same condition. Items will be charged for in full if not returned on the agreed date or returned damaged.

Sale/reduced/x-display items are sold as seen & are non-returnable.
