Delivery

Free Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £50, including furniture deliveries within England. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

For furniture deliveries to Scotland or Wales, please contact us for a delivery quote.


Small Items

Royal Mail Tracked (3–5 working days) — £4.95

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Furniture & Large Items

England: Free delivery (typically 2–6 weeks) via one-man courier or pallet service.

Scotland & Wales: Please contact us for a delivery quote.

Courier details will be provided once your order has been collected.

If you require a bespoke delivery service, please get in touch.


Collection from Store

Free collection is available at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect from our South Devon store.


Packaging

We are committed to sustainability and use 100% recycled & pre-used packaging wherever possible.


Important Delivery Information

As our couriers are independent services, delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Before ordering furniture, please check that the item will fit through doorways, staircases, and into its intended space. Once a delivery has been booked, failed deliveries or returns will incur additional charges & is the responsibility of the customer to arrange. 

Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify us immediately if any damage has occurred during transit.


Returns

Online Orders

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

To arrange a return, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back in its original condition.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
  • Items must be returned in the condition received.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us process a claim with the courier, please provide photographs of:

  • The item
  • Any damage
  • The original packaging

Please retain all packaging until the claim has been resolved.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store or using a gift voucher are non-refundable.

However, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and in its original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Bespoke Orders & Prop Hire

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke, made-to-order, or specially sourced items are non-returnable. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your order before purchasing.

Prop Hire & Loaned Items

Items hired for props, events, or photoshoots must be returned in the same condition and by the agreed return date. Lost, damaged, or overdue items will be charged in full.


Sale & Clearance Items

Sale, reduced, and ex-display items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.
