More About This Piece

These are essentially little pieces of old everyday furniture scaled down to a really useful size. Each is slightly different, with its own construction, shape and signs of previous use.

They’re particularly good for creating a little extra height when displaying pottery, plants or kitchen pieces, but we love one beside a freestanding bath with just enough room for a candle and a glass. All four are sold individually and numbered to make choosing yours easy.

Condition

Good used condition with knocks, scratches, marks, wear and variations to the wood consistent with age and previous use. Each stool differs in appearance and condition, so please refer to the numbered individual photographs when choosing.

Why We Love It

Small, simple and surprisingly useful. We’d put one beside the bath with a candle and a glass of wine, but they’re just as good for lifting a plant or favourite bit of pottery off a kitchen worktop. No. 1 also has that brilliant little shaped apron underneath.
