Bobbin turned side wine tables
Bobbin turned side wine tables
Small French wooden side wine tables and plant stands, each with its own turned or bobbin-style pedestal and round top. Their small footprint makes them incredibly useful wherever a full-sized side table would feel too much — beside an armchair for a wine glass, next to the bed with a small lamp or topped with a favourite pot or vase.
Sold individually, the three tables vary in height, shape, colour and turning, from a slender bobbin column to a broader sculptural pedestal and a closely turned dark wood example. Choose your preferred table below.

More About This Piece
Small pedestal tables like these are some of our favourite pieces to buy because they can be squeezed into almost any room. Each has a circular top supported by a turned central column and round foot, but no two are quite the same.
The different heights also make them particularly good grouped together with plants or pottery, while individually they're just the right size to sit alongside a chair without dominating the space. All are sold separately, so choose your preferred style from the options below.
Condition
Good used condition with marks, knocks, scratches, colour variation and wear consistent with age and previous use. Each table differs in finish and condition, so please study the individual photographs before choosing.
Why We Love It
Tiny tables are ridiculously useful. There’s always somewhere that needs a perch for a glass of wine, a lamp or a plant, and these take up hardly any room. We also love the different turned bases — particularly that closely spaced bobbin one.
