Antique Australian settlers chest of drawers

Beautifully solid Australian chest with a 7 drawer combination & twisted column detailing. Due to the condition of the surface & new trims added from old restorations, this piece will be re-finished in a distressed ebonised black finish (similar to pic2). It requires a new back panel which will also be done in our workshop & drawers worked on so they open more smoothly. The mother of pearl handles are original to this piece & we are hoping to keep them as they are providing they don’t crack in the process of removing them during restoration.
