An fine early 20th Century pine Romanian wedding chest with signs of original faded paint, hand forged iron work and original working key. Inside you will find a candle tray with hinged lid to the left and a large open space beneath offering plenty of storage for blankets, toys or logs. The perfect piece to adorn any large lounge or hallway, or used at the bottom of a bed. A real one off piece with time worn rustic character, old repairs & signs of old worm (treated).
