19th century Chinese side table
£95.00
19th century Chinese side table, crafted from richly grained red elm. Originally finished in a deep burgundy lacquer, traces of the historic coating remain, under the newly layered olive green which gas gently worn back. The open waist detail and simple square legs give it a grounded yet architectural presence. Versatile in function, can be used as side table, low occasional table or stool & equally at home in traditional interior or layered contemporary space.
