Folk art antique bread board

A lovely decorative hand painted German bread board. A charming example of traditional European folk art kitchenware. Hand-crafted from solid wood and beautifully hand-painted at a later stage with a classic floral motif on a brick coloured background. Originally used as a bread cutting or serving board, this piece now makes a wonderful decorative accent for farmhouse kitchens, cottage interior, or cafe wall display. Some signs of old worm that has been treated as a precaution.
