A Contemporary Coastal Vision
The White House embraces modern coastal living with an understated elegance. Natural timber detailing, muted tones, and floor-to-ceiling glazing create interiors that feel both sophisticated and deeply connected to the surrounding Devon landscape.
Our role was to enhance these architectural features with carefully selected fabrics for tailored window treatments, blankets, cushions and interior accessories that softened the contemporary spaces without detracting from the clean design language of the home.
Bespoke Window Treatments Throughout
Each room required an individual approach, balancing practicality with style.
In the bedrooms, we installed a combination of bespoke curtains and Roman blinds that introduced texture, softness, and subtle pattern into the interiors. The large glazed openings called for window treatments that would frame the impressive views while still providing privacy and light control when needed.
The soft neutral palettes and coastal-inspired fabrics were selected to harmonise beautifully with the natural timber finishes and calming interior scheme. Layered textures and understated detailing ensured the furnishings felt luxurious yet relaxed — perfectly suited to the Devon coastline.
